The artistic and craft restoration of the interior of the auditorium, which was first ceremonially opened in 1937 on the occasion of the awarding of an honorary doctorate to President Beneš, was an extremely inspiring task. We restored the wooden window panels, wall coverings and counters. A specific approach was required in particular by the production of several replicas of the original historical chairs necessary to meet the current operational demands of the university management.
